Babies could comprehend even if they couldn't respond.

I am a full time mom but working a home based kind of job. I usually woke up early morning to do my work.It has been normal for me to talk to my baby as if he understood. Having an early morning working schedule has been an advantage for me because my baby was still sleeping by these times. So, even if my husband was not around and could not look after my baby while I was working. At least I could leave my baby to my sister, by just simply helping him direct his bottle of milk into his mouth.

Everytime I do have work  early in the morning, I used to talk to him the night before my work while I am breastfeeding My words were like these " Baby, mom is going to wake up tomorrow early in the morning because I need to work, I want you to be good ok? I am just here in the house -right there in the other room, nay nay loves you so much" I used to repeat these words until he falls asleep. Surprisingly after my work I checked him inside the room, and there he is holding his fist together , raising his legs and playing by himself, I called him smiling " Hello!! Good morning baby!! wow! Good boy!" then he was smiling staring at me and spread his arms like he wanted me to carry him.

I was amazed that babies really could understand even if they can't respond.
