Can the donations from other countries' for the Victims of Yolanda make a better Philippines?

Donations for the Phiilippines – Victims of Yolanda, Typhoon Haiyan When I first visited Thailand, I was amazed with their airports and trains. Indeed the economy is far better than the Philippines. I was wondering how did they beat the Philippine economy, henceforth the Philippine economy were better than Thailand.

A Thai friend of ours said, " When the deadly tsunami hit Thailand (tsunami last 2004, specifically  in Phuket) there were many donations came in from other countries. Those donations were not only able to help those tsunami victims but were used to build infrastructures. That was the beginning how Thailand built its economy. " A surprising answer indeed!!! That the donations from other country can make the other country's economy better! I was asking myself the Philippines were struck by many typhoons and calamities but those affected areas were still having hardships most especially those affected people, yet we all know that there were many donations for the victims. Simply because there are many PIGS not just in the Higher government but upto smaller units of our government but hopefully these pigs are now piglets.

Today with the typhoon Yolanda, many donations came, in-fact trillions of money were donated. We hope that these will make a better Takloban, a better Leyte and a better Philippines. As a simple citizen of the Philippines we are hoping that this donation would really reach to those in need and for the development of quality roads and infrastructure that was destroyed by the super typhoon ever hit the Philippines. To the officials of the government it is your time and this must be the time for you to show your service for the sake of the Filipino people by simply giving off what is worth for the victims. For the Filipino citizens let us all watch out for the output of all these donations.
