All my programs in desktop changes to Internet Explorer Icon.

Just this morning, while I was trying to install something on my PC - on the process of downloading, it asks me to look for a program to download the file. When I click Internet Explorer, the browser pop up and many IE browsers kept on popping up. So, I rebooted my PC and there IE icons were dominating all my program icons in the desktop. Even when I clicked  on the start menu almost all the icons were IE. I went and researched on my iPad since I could not  even open any browser like google chrome. Finally, I got a good source to follow. These were the procedures that worked out for me:

1. Start menu.
2. Search box, type Restore System.
3. Since my Restore System icon changes to IE icon. I clicked on Restore system file and settings from a restore point. 
4. Restart

Then all my icons are now back into its original.

How to save file from my message in Facebook?

1. Click on the message tab of your Facebook and click the file you want to save.

2. The Save as page will automatically open. Then click save. For this illustration the file is saved in downloads file. Once you have saved your file, you can transfer them into your USB or print it.
