The two pieces of photos below were from the YouTube where I took a snap shot from the talk titled "Body language shapes who you are" by Amy Cuddy who was once a speaker on Ted Talk. Her talks about body language were interesting and featured the truth of how we acted on certain things and without even having said a word, it already showed how did we feel. The climax of the talk was when Amy pointed out the significance of acting that we were confident or powerful even, if we were not and she said that as we tried showing something we need to find ways until we become on what we acted upon. The talk gave courage to our goals and dreams that might have been bogged down because we felt that we were not that powerful to make it happen and the thing was we just have to "fake it until we make it, or we fake it until we become it" as what Amy said. Here is the link about her talk http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ks-_Mh1QhMc .

Recipe for my 6 months old baby.
I've noticed that my baby enjoyed eating his dinner that I prepared lately. I called it mashed mango with the ground organic rice. I made porridge from the ground organic rice then set it aside. In a separate mini plate I mashed the ripe mango. Since, I had fried fish for my dinner. I took a bit from it and carefully mashed it and made sure that it did have any fish bones. Then, all together I mixed the mashed fish and the mango together with the porridge. My baby had eaten much which surprised me. I also tasted it, it really tastes good because the mangoes were sweet.
