Vegetables, fruits and carbohydrates are the food that we need to introduce to our kids. As early as 4 months old i already have introduced fruit juices to my son. I made fresh fruit juice from watermelon, cucumber, apple, papaya and orange. I combine them all together through juicers. And give him 60ml- 120ml.
As early as 6 months Old my son, eat rice and vegetable out of poridege. I never introduce quick cooked food for my son. For now he loves eating vegetables and drinking fruit juices.
