Travel to Chantaburi Thailand

It was April when I first traveled to Thailand. I visited my husband in Kabinburi Thailand where he used to work. I was happy that he had nice Thai office mate named Sungkram. Sungkram knew that I was there in the house-the whole day while my husband was working. I was afraid to go out because I knew nothing about Thai Language and only very few of them could understand English in that place. That was why - when Sungkram with her girlfriend Kung, invited us to go with them in Chantaburi, we were excited to go with them. I thought all we have to do were only to visit Kung’s mom who was a farmer. But, how nice Kung and Sungkram was, they have toured us to the culture and beautiful place in Chantaburi for free.

While we were on our way to Chantaburi, we saw groups of white particles. I was asking amazingly, what was that? Sungkram said: a salt farm, then I told him, oh..I haven’t seen such in my whole life! Nicely, Sungkram stopped his car and we took a quick looked of the Salt Farm. We met Thai Salt Farmers and they gave us nippy information about how the rock salt was being processed.

The filtered sea water was exposed to the sunlight.

And when it dried up it formed small particles like crystals and that was the rock salt.

Harvest time.

Sold to the consumer. I bought I small plastic for 10bhat.

Since it was April and it was harvests time for Magoesteen, Rambutan and Durian the 3 main fruit products of Chantaburi. They took us to the farm of these three main fruits and we took the fruits by ourselves with the help of Kung’s mom and relatives.

Durian Farm- Durian was one of the popular export fruit of Thailand for JaPan. Some of these Durians were for export to Japan and some for local consumers. Kung’s relative were helping one another for a harvest and a big sale. Emagine for that harvest they were expecting 400,000bhat sale.

The fruits were juicy most especially eating them right away from the harvest.

After the Fruit Farm visit, we went to Namtokphilio National Park. Just outside the park there were string beans sold. I was wondering, what were these string beans for? When we started stolling inside it was a wide stages of falls and many were having swimming with the fishes?! Then, Sungkram, threw the string beans in the falls. The fishes weere competing eating the beans. It was really fun. Amazing the people didn’t fry them; instead they were having fun and feeding them. When we reached at the top most part of the falls, Kung and I had fun swimming with the fishes. It was again a very memorable, fun experience in Thailand.

Babies in the womb can hear

My husband called me up yesterday. While we were talking on the phone,
I was gently moving my palm around my tummy where I usually felt the movement and head shape of my baby. That day, I felt a bit sad because it seemed that my baby was not moving the way he used to do. I told my husband " I'm a bit worried because the baby was not moving that much and to my surprise!! For the first time, I felt the movement of his fist on my palm -while I was holding my tummy" The movement of his cute fist tickled me and made me laughed. I realized that my baby was talking to me.. " I am alright naynay... I am here.." . For me it was a very amazing experience and I realized babies in the womb could hear.

funny moments with our dog

I had an angry and funny moment with this dog named Harry. I took him to bath. He was behaving very nicely and obedient while I am washing his fur. After almost an hour of taking a bath, I found him shaking in coldness, so I decided to carry him out of the water and get the towel but he escaped from my hands and tried to dry up his body by wiping his body to the grasses. When I looked at him again, his fur was almost covered with coals. I remember the leaves that I burned and I realized this dog must have soaked himself to those coals of the leaves. I tried to wash him again but he tried to escape and It would be very difficult caught him again because I am pregnant. I felt so angry and I closed the door of our house, so he could not get in. While I was looking at him outside the house, out of my madness I just laugh and get my camera.hahaha..This dog sometimes is really funny...

My Prayer for a normal and healthy baby

Dear Lord,
Please take all my worries about how my baby would look like. Wash out and cancel all my negative thoughts with the Blood of Jesus! That my thoughts will be full of joy thinking about my baby and my heart will be full of faith. Faith that no negative thoughts could ever conquer because you are my God and savior, bigger than negativity in this world . You who formed everything perfect is my assurance that you will bless me with a healthy and normal baby. Thank you Lord for answering my prayers...In Jesus mighty name Amen!

Prayer for Pregnant Women

I am six months pregnant now, but sometimes I am worried about how my baby would look like,

if he is healthy and normal and all other things. Sometimes, I do struggle how would I delete those negatives and what if that keeps on disturbing my mind. Sometimes I just feel so worried and all I counteract them with prayers and almost every day my prayer went like this

"My baby is healthy and normal, and God's favor overflow onto my baby in Jesus mighty name! Amen"

but sometimes the negative thoughts caught my attention and made me feel so worried though how how hard I pray. The prayer was a perfect answer to my worries and now I will read this prayer all over again and hopefully I can do this every day. I thank the Lord because in his simple way he answers what I am worried about this time. Through my mother God gives me a message to stop worrying and just pray.

How do I feel Gods presence when I am troubled?

I feel so troubled last night and I wanted to talk to God. What I did was I got my bible and prayed

“ God please… talk to me?....” I didn’t even memorize the verses nor am familiar with the verses of the bible. What I did was I trusted God’s Holy Spirit to guide my hands as I continue on praying these“ God please talk to me”…as I opened the bible to my surprise!!! Exactly the pages from the right to left pages of the bible as I opened it, were really the words of wisdom that I really need on that night. I was so happy that I felt that God was really talking to me. It was the second time I did that and it felt so great to read the bible it gave me peace, assurance that God was there for me and guided me in my daily life. Thank you Lord for being with me.

My Prayer For the Day

Every day is an opportunity to thank the Lord for his blessings.
Even the small act of kindness from a person who help us bring our heavy baggage is a favor from the Lord. The person who offers a seat for us in the bus is a favor from the Lord.
When we learn to appreciate and thank the Lord for every small detail that makes us happy and gives us comfort, it is then we realize that he is a giving God.

Though we do not have nothing and we declare and believe that we are blessed even our prayers has not answered yet it is then blessings come in its own way.
When we learn to think positive and acknowledge Him in all our ways it is when the surprises come and keep our lives in order.

-- Lord...thank you for your blessings for me, to my family and to my friends today and the day onward...I declare that your blessings are vast as the sea!! Amen!!...
